Eligibility for Return

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

    • Returned in original packaging with all labels, tags, and accessories intact

    • Free of any odors, stains, alterations, or wear

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these standards.


Refund Terms

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.

  • We do not offer store credit or partial refunds.


Exchanges

We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and initiate a return for your original purchase.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

  • BALUCHIE® is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.


Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase

  • Custom-made or limited-edition pieces

  • Gift cards
