The product must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, in its entirety (boxes, accessories, labels etc.) and in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the packing slip. We recommend you take all necessary precautions to ensure its protection. Any damaged, used, incomplete or soiled product will not be eligible for a refund.

Baluchie reserves the right to refuse a return should it not meet criteria, and the original item will be returned to you. All returns should be made within 20 days. Please otherwise contact us if you are outside Italy.
